Answer: The three ways of copying or moving a file or a folder are:
1. Using the menu of 'Organize'.
2. Using the menu of 'Context'.
3. Using drag and drop.

b. How will you create a new folder in Windows Explorer?
Answer: Lab work (will be discuss in Computer lab. Students do not have to do this question on neat copies).

c. How will you delete the contents of the Recycle Bin?
Answer: Recycle Bin has all the deleted items if we want to delete the items from Recycle Bin we want to use the option of 'Empty the Recycle Bin'.

d. You have been really busy working on your computer and have created a number of different projects. How can you organise them on your computer so you can easily locate them again? Give reasons for your choice of organisation.
Answer: Yes, I will organize them in a proper location. I will create a separate folder on D drive for each project. Each folder has it's concern related files. I do this because:
1. D drive will save my data permanently even windows will re-install.
2. Organizing this way will help me to find all related data easily whenever I want.

e. You decide to set an image of a beautiful scene from nature as the wallpaper for your desktop. Outline the steps you will take. Do you think it is important to personalise your desktop? Why or why not?
Answer: I will download my favorite image and then select the option 'set as background' from the dropdown menu. It is important to personalise desktop so my data will organize, save and secure. I will organize it because it looks attractive whenever I sit and work on it.
